ABT, Inc. provides high quality replacement elements for your boiler - superheaters, reheaters, economizers.  Years of bending, welding, and assembly expertise are incorporated into each project.  ABT's normal shop practices conform to general industry standards for power boilers along with ASME standards for design and fabrication.   Additional specifications - radiography, heat treatment, solution anneal, MT, UT, PT, shop hydrotest, etc. - when required, is incorporated into our Quality Control standards for any specific project.

ABT works comfortably in all alloys and wall thicknesses and maintains a full range of tooling for bending.   Additionally, ABT supplies all appurtenances such as solid ties, slip ties, hangers and other load bearing lugs, tube shields, corrosion resistant weld overlay, tie bars, roof seals, etc.  

ABT can work with minimal drawing information or can perform field inspection to insure proper configuration.  All new drawings are provided in Autocad.  All projects are checked to full scale layouts using Autocad generated templates and a Hewlett Packard wide carriage plotter.  Three-dimensional modeling is used to check for tube interferences and to accurately determine list angles for out-of-plane tube configurations.

ABT can provide any necessary lifting devices to facilitate handling and installations.
