'Certi-Weld'  Overlay Panel

Our development of specialized welding equipment has enabled us to manufacture panels utilizing our unique 'Certi-Weld'  process for power or process boilers. 

The benefits of the 'Certi-Weld'  process are:

• Application of preheat and maintenance of heat throughout the process.
• No Bulging or distortion occurs during the welding process
• No extensive straightening is required after the panel is welded.
• No stresses are created from the welding process.

ABT will fabricate waterwall panels to OEM specification to virtually any size and tubing specification.

Our services include gang bending of waterwall panels.
